Scope. These terms govern the services Global Mobility Group LLC provides to organizations moving people across borders, and use of the platform by those organizations and the individuals they move.
1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Global Mobility Group LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, with principal address at 140 E Broadway Ave, Suite 25, Jackson, WY 83001, and mailing address PO Box 804, Jackson, WY 83001.
By accessing or using our platform, website, and related services (together, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy.
We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the platform at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of services
Global Mobility Group LLC provides a technology platform and professional coordination services to assist organizations with the work authorization, tax, and social security requirements arising when they send people to work in another country.
Our Services include:
- Determination of the requirements applying to an individual assignment.
- An intake process for collecting personal information and documentation.
- Coordination with licensed in-country professionals who prepare, review, and submit applications.
- A case management platform providing communication, document management, and application tracking.
- Automated and advisor-initiated communications regarding application status and required actions.
Global Mobility Group LLC does not provide legal advice directly and is not a law firm. Advice on a specific matter is provided by the licensed professional engaged for that matter.
3. No guarantee of outcome
We do not guarantee that any application will be approved. All decisions are made exclusively by the competent government authorities.
Our role is to assist in preparing the strongest possible application, ensure its completeness, and guide you through the process. By using our Services you acknowledge that:
- Approval is not guaranteed regardless of the completeness of the submission.
- Government processing times vary and are outside our control.
- Changes in law or policy may affect eligibility after submission.
- Prior outcomes for other clients do not predict your outcome.
4. Accounts and access
Where an organization engages us for its personnel, we may create accounts for the individuals concerned using contact details that organization provides. Access is verified by a one-time code sent to the email address or mobile number on file, at the user's request.
You are responsible for keeping access to that email address or number secure, and for all activity under your account.
5. Text messages
If you request a verification code by SMS, you consent to receive that message at the number you selected. Codes are sent only in response to a request. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. You can change your contact preferences in your account at any time.
Essential case communications are sent regardless of marketing preferences.
6. User obligations
- Provide accurate information: all data and documents must be truthful, accurate, and complete. False information may result in refusal of an application and may constitute a criminal offence.
- Provide authentic documents: all documents must be genuine and unaltered. Fraudulent documents are strictly prohibited and will end the engagement.
- Respond promptly: applications carry strict deadlines. You are responsible for responding within the timeframes communicated.
- Keep contact information current: maintain up-to-date mobile number, email, and communication preferences.
- Use the platform lawfully: do not use it for unlawful purposes or interfere with its operation.
- Maintain account security: you are responsible for your account credentials.
7. Fees and payment
Fees for our Services are set out in the engagement agreement with the organization that instructs us. Government filing fees and third-party charges are separate, are set by the relevant authority or provider, and are communicated before they become payable. Fees may additionally include document translation or legalization charges at cost.
Refunds. Before work begins, a full refund less non-refundable administrative fees. After work has begun, a pro-rated refund based on work completed; government fees already paid are non-refundable. Where an application is refused, service fees are non-refundable, since our obligation is to prepare and submit rather than to guarantee approval.
8. Intellectual property
All platform content, software, design, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to Global Mobility Group LLC. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the platform in connection with your assignment.
Your personal data and uploaded documents remain your property. We claim no ownership over your personal information or documents.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- No liability for government decisions: we are not liable for damages arising from the refusal, delay, or revocation of any application by a government authority.
- No liability for third-party acts: we are not liable for acts or omissions of government authorities.
- Liability cap: total aggregate liability will not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- No consequential damages: we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Authorized contacts and family applications
Authorized contacts: you may designate a person to communicate on your behalf, and consent to case information being shared with them. You may revoke this designation at any time.
Family applications: a primary contact is designated per family group for outbound communications. Each adult has their own separate application.
Minor applicants: applications for minors are submitted by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for providing accurate information and consenting to these Terms on the minor's behalf.
11. Termination
By you: you may terminate at any time by notifying legal@globalmobility.law. Termination does not discharge payment obligations for services already rendered.
By us: we may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached, where fraudulent information is provided, where fees are unpaid, or where required by law.
Effect: platform access ceases. Data is retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Applications already submitted continue to be processed independently by the relevant authorities.
12. Force majeure
We are not liable for failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including changes in immigration law, government shutdowns, natural disasters, pandemics, war, or third-party technology failures. We will notify you promptly and take reasonable steps to mitigate.
13. Dispute resolution and governing law
Informal resolution: you agree to contact legal@globalmobility.law to attempt informal resolution before commencing formal proceedings.
Governing law: these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
Jurisdiction: disputes not resolved informally are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.
Consumer rights: if you are a consumer under the law of your country of residence, nothing in these Terms affects mandatory legal rights you have under that law, including any right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
14. General provisions
Entire agreement: these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, and any fee agreement constitute the entire agreement.
Severability: if any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
Assignment: you may not assign your rights without our consent. We may assign to a successor entity in a merger or acquisition.
Language: these Terms are drafted in English. Where translated, the English version prevails in case of inconsistency.
