Cookie Policy

Last updated: 28 March 2026

This policy explains how we use cookies and similar technologies on our website and platform, and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website or use an online platform. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently and to provide information to site owners.

We may also use similar technologies such as local storage, session storage, and pixel tags. For simplicity we refer to all of these as "cookies" in this policy.

2. Who sets cookies

First-party cookies are set by Global Mobility Group LLC directly. They support essential functions such as keeping you signed in and remembering your preferences.

Third-party cookies are set by our service providers, and are used for analytics. Third-party cookies are subject to those providers' own privacy policies.

3. Cookies we use

Essential cookies (strictly necessary). Required for the platform to function and cannot be disabled. We use gm_cookie_consent (local storage) to remember your consent preferences. Legal basis: exempt from consent under the EU ePrivacy Directive (Article 5(3)) as strictly necessary.

Analytics cookies. We use Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*) on the main website only, to measure traffic and site usage in aggregate and anonymous form. These are not used in the application platform. Legal basis: consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). They activate only after you provide explicit consent.

No marketing cookies. We do not use marketing or advertising cookies. We do not track visits from advertisements or share data with third-party advertising platforms.

Cookieless analytics in the platform. The application platform uses analytics in cookieless mode, with no persistent tracking on the user's device. No analytics cookie is set in that environment.

4. Cookie consent

On your first visit a consent banner will ask for your preferences. You can accept all cookies, accept only essential cookies, or choose which non-essential categories to allow.

We do not use cookie walls. You can use the platform with only essential cookies enabled. Declining non-essential cookies does not limit access to any functionality.

Your consent preferences are stored in an essential cookie and remembered for 12 months.

5. Managing cookies

You can change your cookie preferences at any time using the cookie settings link in the site footer.

Most browsers also allow you to view, delete, and block cookies through their settings: Chrome (Settings, Privacy and security, Cookies), Firefox (Settings, Privacy and security, Cookies), Safari (Preferences, Privacy, Manage website data), and Edge (Settings, Cookies and site permissions).

Blocking all cookies, including essential ones, may prevent the platform from working correctly.

6. Data collected through cookies

Depending on your consent preferences, cookies may collect session identifiers and authentication tokens (essential), language and interface preferences (essential), pages visited and time on page (analytics), referring website or campaign source (analytics), device, browser, and operating system type (analytics), and IP address, which may be anonymized (analytics).

This data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Where analytics data is collected, we configure our tools to anonymize IP addresses and we do not combine analytics data with your personal case data.

7. Third-party services

Our platform may include links to or integrations with third-party services. Those third parties may set their own cookies when you interact with their services. We do not control third-party cookies, and their use is governed by those providers' own policies.

8. Do Not Track signals

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is currently no universally accepted standard for how websites should respond to these signals, and our platform does not currently respond to them. You can control your preferences through the consent banner and your browser settings as described above.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in the cookies we use, the technologies we employ, or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Where changes are material we will notify you through the platform and seek consent again where required.
