Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 March 2026

Scope. This policy applies to the services Global Mobility Group LLC provides to organizations moving people across borders, and to the platform used by those organizations and the individuals they move.

1. Introduction

Global Mobility Group LLC ("we", "our", "the Company") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information when you use our platform, website, and related services (together, the "Services").

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") where it applies, and applicable United States federal and state privacy law.

2. Data controller

Global Mobility is operated by Global Mobility Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

  • Principal address: 140 E Broadway Ave, Suite 25, Jackson, WY 83001, United States
  • Mailing address: PO Box 804, Jackson, WY 83001, United States
  • Email: legal@globalmobility.law

Where an organization engages us to handle work authorization for its personnel, that organization and Global Mobility each have responsibilities for the personal data involved. We act as controller for the identity verification, case preparation, and filing activity described below.

3. Data we collect

  • Identity data: full name, date and place of birth, nationality, sex, marital status, passport and national identity numbers, and parents' names where a government form requires them.
  • Contact data: mobile number, preferred communication channel, email address, and residential address.
  • Family data: names and relationships of family members, and identity information for dependent minors, where an assignment involves them.
  • Assignment and case data: the countries involved, dates of work, role performed, case type, application history, eligibility responses, government form data, and case management records.
  • Documents: copies of passports and national identification, and supporting documentation such as employment contracts, bank statements, and proof of residence.
  • Communication data: records of calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages, and email exchanged with our team.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, usage and interaction data within the platform, and cookies and similar technologies.
  • Financial data: payment information processed through third-party payment processors. We do not store complete payment card details.

Where an organization engages us for its personnel, that organization provides us with the contact details of the individuals concerned so that we can carry out the work.

4. Purposes of processing

We process personal data to determine the requirements that apply to an assignment, to prepare and manage applications, to communicate about case status, to coordinate with licensed professionals, to verify identity when someone accesses their account, to comply with legal obligations, and to improve our services.

We do not use personal data for profiling, for automated decision-making producing legal effects, or for any purpose unrelated to the assignment.

5. Who we share data with

  • Licensed in-country professionals who prepare, review, and submit applications.
  • Government authorities to which an application and its supporting documentation are submitted.
  • The organization that engaged us, limited to case status and information they need to meet their own obligations. Personal identity documents are not shared with them.
  • Technology service providers, including hosting, database, messaging, and email providers, each operating under a data processing agreement.
  • Payment processors that handle service fees.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We do not share data with marketing companies, advertisers, or unrelated third parties.

6. Text messages

We send one-time verification codes by SMS to users who request them when accessing their account. These are sent only in direct response to a user-initiated request.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile numbers collected for verification are used for that purpose and for service communications relating to a case, and for no other purpose.

With your consent, we may also send case-related messages by SMS, WhatsApp, or email to remind you of outstanding documents, notify you of status changes, and provide case updates.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, by changing your contact preferences in the platform, or by contacting support@globalmobility.law. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

7. International data transfers

Global Mobility Group LLC is established in the United States. This service is cross-border by nature, and personal data may be transferred to and processed in the United States and in other countries outside the European Economic Area, including any country where a filing must be made.

Where we transfer personal data outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

8. Data retention

  • Active cases: retained for the duration of the case and for 5 years after closure, to support renewals, appeals, or follow-on procedures.
  • Enquiry data: if you register but do not proceed, retained for 12 months from your last interaction.
  • Documents: retained for the same period as the associated case. We never retain originals and work only from copies.
  • Communication records: retained for the duration of the case plus 3 years.
  • Financial records: retained for 7 years as required by tax and accounting regulations.

When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymized.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time.

Under the GDPR these are the rights of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), portability (Art. 20), objection (Art. 21), and withdrawal of consent (Art. 7(3)).

To exercise any of these, contact legal@globalmobility.law. We respond within 30 days.

If you are in the European Economic Area, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in your country of residence.

10. Data security

  • Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest.
  • Row-level security policies ensuring advisors access only assigned cases.
  • Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel.
  • Audit logging of all data access, modification, and download.
  • Periodic security review and updates.

If you believe your data has been compromised, contact legal@globalmobility.law immediately.

11. Cookies

Our platform uses cookies and similar technologies. Full details are in our Cookie Policy. A consent banner will ask for your preferences on your first visit, and you can change them at any time.

12. Children's data

Our Services may involve processing personal data of minors where an assignment includes them and an application is made on their behalf by a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian provides consent for that processing. We collect only the data necessary for the minor's application.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes we will publish the updated policy with a revised date and notify you by email or through the platform.
